There are a lot of things you can be in life but good might be at the top of the list. Followed by locally sourced, ethically raised, farm-to-table and a restaurant (who knew?). We did, actually, but that’s neither here nor there. As our PA once said on our first B.GOOD shoot, “Welcome to Chicken Sandwich Land.” Feel free to dig in.

It all starts with their food ethos.

Think of it as a tiny, farmer-esque angel with a straw in his mouth who sits on your shoulder and keeps you honest about food. B.GOOD’s got one of the best in the land so we went to a pasture at 3:45 a.m. to try and capture it on camera.

And an island farm-to-table approach.

In addition to doing right by people and the planet, they also do their part to inspire the next generation. One of their shining initiatives is Hannah Farm, a camper-run farm on an island in Boston Harbor.

Each year, a few kids get the opportunity to run it while learning about regenerative agriculture, responsible growing and sustainable farming. Micah was one of them.

Add all that up, and you get straight goodness.

Despite begging, pleading, and sweetly batting our eyelashes, we never succeeded in getting a sandwich in our name. We did, however, whip up the recipe for their brand guidelines which is oddly similar to our grandmother’s lemon squares.
