We’re looking for a talented Assistant Video Editor + Producer to join our full-service creative shop. This person will not only be editing a variety of videos across all of our clients, but will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience shooting and producing concepts. As primary support for our Director, this role will involve all aspects of video production and editing from pre-production to post-production.   • Work closely with our Director, creative team, and clients to execute concepts, organize

  • footage, edit content, color-correct, and deliver edits based on workflow need

  • Organize and track assets with file and digital asset management best practices in a shared workflow environment

  • Assist with producer tasks during pre-pro and production for video and photo shoots

  • including budgeting, booking travel, scheduling, booking crew/studios, etc.

  • Shoot, organize, and edit content in collaboration with our Director

  • Animate, create graphics and VFX based on project needs

  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once

  • Proactive problem-solver and over-communicator with strong organizational skills

  • Creative thinker not afraid to share ideas

  • Takes initiative and is creative/innovative in solving problems

  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team

  • Must be able to work well with deadlines and pivot quickly

  • Passionate about video editing and production and displays a drive to learn about brands as well as new technologies/programs

  • Work with footage/assets to create compelling, effective videos and content

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Maintain office equipment in ready working condition


  • 1+ years as a junior/assistant editor in the advertising, branding, or marketing industry

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, AME, Photoshop)

  • Strong knowledge of post-production workflows, asset dams and A/V file management

  • Knowledge of color correction (DaVinci Resolve or the like)

  • General knowledge of video & audio codecs and broadcast/web/social media delivery specs

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Knowledge of audio programs a plus (Pro Tools, Adobe Audition)

  • Knowledge of G Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Drive File Stream, etc.)

  • General knowledge of photography a plus (studio, editorial, lifestyle, etc.)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects subject to deadlines

  • Previous video internship experience in lieu of employment required

  • A passion for collaboration and the creative process
